We are pleased to announce several new projects: –

Solihull – New Flex R Rubberbond roof coverings to 1200m2 of existing offices

Thurstable School – Removal of existing roof and wall coverings and replacement with 1800m2 of new Kingspan KS1000RW panels

September 2020

We have pleased to announce that Advanced Industrial Roofing have secured several projects: –

Aviation Way Southend on Sea – Installation of new Kingspan KS1000RW roof for a new client

Empson Street Bow – Removal of 1000m2 of asbestos roof coverings and replacement with new Kingspan KS1000RW panels

Lee chapel Primary School – New classroom facilities using Kingspan composite roof panels and PPC aluminium fascias

London City Airport – Two month project installing over 300 meters of roof materials to the existing terminal.

Rye Boat House – Single ply roof coverings with green roof including PPC aluminium fascias.

February 2020

We have had a very busy start to 2020 with numerous secured projects and works completed

BT, Manchester – Removal of asbestos roof coverings and replacement with new Kingspan KS1000RW composite roof panels

Thorpe House School – Working with an existing customer to provide a new GRP covered canopy adjacent to new sports hall

Jemca Toyota, Croydon – Overclad of existing showroom using new Arcelor microrib panels

JP Morgan – Belvedere – Mixture of cladding systems using CA Twintherm and Tata Trimapanels

Southend Airport – Mixture of cladding works to the airport

Screwfix, Nottingham – Removal of existing asbestos roof coverings and replacement with new Kingspan KS1000RW panels

Stellisons Benfleet – Emergency rooflight repair work due to storm damage

We have completed the new build sports hall project for Thorpe House School.

November 2019

We are happy to announce that we have secured many projects this month

BTS Ltd, Portsmouth – Cladding overclad of existing building

BTS Ltd, Woolwich – Cladding overclad of existing building

SBA Investments – Burnham on Crouch – Rainwater good repairs

Grays Wharf – Refurbishment of existing building including new roof and wall cladding and bespoke fascias

Screwfix Marlow – Removal of existing asbestos cement roof coverings and replacement with new composite sheets

LT Carpets – New Kingspan roof coverings over new office area

We have completed our refurbishment works at Highways School replacing the existing tiled roof with a new Kingspan KS1000RW roof. Our client is very pleased with the finished product.

October 2019

We have secured numerous projects including new clients such as Wickes.

Wickes, Dudley – Refurbishment of existing cladding and flashings including replacement of cladding to the front entrance area

LT Carpets, Wickford – Due to a successful project with LT Carpets we have been successful in securing work at an alternative premises

J and D Hinton, Danbury – Twin skin wall cladding works so a local business who we have worked for in excess of ten years.

Jemca, Croydon – We have secured further works for Jemca Toyota installing in house fabricated rainwater goods and flashings.

September 2019

Kelly Communications, Enfield – Refurbishment project consisting of 1000m2 of Joriside composite panels

Screwfix, Maidstone – Removal of asbestos roof coverings and new Kingspan composite roof replacement

Highways School, Orpington – Removal of existing tiled roofs and 600m2 of new Kingspan composite roof replacement

LHS, Southend – Removal of asbestos roof coverings and new Kingspan composite roof replacement

JD Hinton, Danbury – Replacement of existing wall cladding using Tata twin skin

Multi storey car park, Croydon – Fabrication of new bespoke rainwater goods and flashings

28th June 2019

We are delighted to secure the cladding project at Thorpe House School in Gerrard’s Cross. Project is scheduled to start in September and consists of a mixture of Kingspan and Tata composite panels.

We are happy to announce that AIR have secured a new project in Basildon for LT Carpets consisting of 2000 m2 of Kingspan KS1000RW panels

We are happy to announce that we have competed our Southend airport before the deadline date much to the delight of Southend airport. We welcome Ryanair to it’s new home.
